Menu Description
S'more Cookie: Graham cracker base, dark & milk chocolate chip cookie dough smothering a marshmallow
Alfajores: shortbread, filled with dulce de leche, sprinkled with icing sugar
Traditional Empanadas: Structured dough filled with slow cooked ground beef, onions, savoury spices (cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder), sliver of hard boiled egg, black olive. Baked in an egg wash.
Mini Empanadas: Flaky, light buttery pastry filled with the same ground beef as the traditional, (without the egg and olive) great appetizers.
